Shipping Process:
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
When your order is placed, we will contact you via email within two business days with the final shipping estimate for your order. you will be notified with the final shipping cost before your order processed, and this may result in an additional charge. We will not ship an order internationally without your prior approval and payment of the final shipping charges. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
