Being from a medical profession I had no background in art, except for a passion to learn and enjoy art. Thanks to the team at The Art Studio Mumbai, I have been able to make numerous paintings in various styles and have sold many of them.

Purnima, is one of the most highly respected people in the field of art education, I am very fortunate to have her as my mentor.

The most inspiring aspect of the learning was the walk-through with artists and visits to contemporary art galleries.

One of my best experiences and most fulfilling one was the visitr to the Kochi Biennale, which taught me so much!

Purnima has also been instrumental in laying the foundation for art for my daughter Himadri who has established herself as a graphic designer and is successfully managing two businesses in the UK.
